Browns Resign Special Teams Linebacker Kris Griffin

Browns update. They have resigned a top Special Teams player, Kris Griffin. Griffin, 6-3 and 245 pounds was fifth on the team with 14 Special Teams tackles. He missed the last four games of the season with a knee injury, but he still had a productive season. Well, as productive of a season as you can have on Special Teams. In years past this would have been a worthless signing, because the Browns didn't score much so there wasn't really a major need for many LB's on ST unless they are there for blocking purposes. Now that the Browns can hopefully stop other teams from scoring and can actually score, thumbs up Phil.
