That was a nice 45 minute stretch of offense. Enough of that shit though. Byrd gave up 2 HR to Youkilis and Papi followed by Jensen giving one up to Manny. Fucking fine. After all, we just anally fisted those Chowdah eating...wait, most of these guys are Latin or not from Boston, they aren't Boston fans. Still, dunzo, 7 runs, bitches, hookers. Byrd had it going tonight, and for all intents and purposes, has no business throwing consecutive good outings against these offenses on this stage. Who cares. I'll take it. We'll take it. The Tribe will take it and push the avatar of the most obnoxious group of athletic supporters (yes, it means both things) to the wall and now CC has the benefit of pitching at home with a huge series lead and Beckett is going on hostile territory.
