Wow. Just...Wow.

Fuck, I'll take it. What a great win that was. Super tense game, so close all night. The bullpens on both sides were lights out, bordering on dominating. God, it was so close. We withstood Manny and Ortiz. We withstood Fausto and Rafael Perez doing their best CC imitation. But the offense woke up. Heroic performances by Grady, Victor, Jensen Lewis, Tom Mastny, Trot Nixon...there are so many. This game was beyond description, captivating the entire 5+ hours.

There were questionable decisions on both sides. Pinch running for Pronk? If Trot doesn't come through, Wedgie, you look like an absolute fool. But I understand your reasoning behind it, and Trot did come through, so there is no need to go down that path. Francona bringing in Gagne? Again, understandable but he was terrible last night with a 7 run lead, and the pitchers who came in behind him were just as awful so would it have been a good idea to go to them earlier?

These teams need a day off, pretty much everyone pitched for each bullpen with two questionable pitchers going in Game 3, there's a good chance they get needed again. Again, wow...this was such a huge win for us, especially considering the ending. We needed a win period, instead we hang around, chip chip chip...then BAM!!! Uppercut right to the chin.
After last night's beatdown, we needed to split just to keep momentum on our side.

We knocked the menstrual sock around like he was a little bitch. We had TOM FUCKING MASTNY shut down Ortiz and Manny. We sucked every last bit of air out of Fenway Park and I couldn't be happier. There is no better way to kick the shit out of a bunch of spoiled brats like shoving a giant exclamation mark up their collective, smug butt-puckers. It couldn't happen to a more gracious fan base.

Great googily moogily that was fucking great...oh, and Ohio State is No. 1 in the country after No. 1 LSU and No. 2 Cal both lose. Good day? FUCK YES.
